If its animated you can be 100% sure children WILL be watching because many parents use television as babysitters and NEVER bother monitoring what is on the screen.
This is what many of us have said since day one when these disgusting animation shows hit the air. Did we shoot up schools? NO! All these shows should be off the air! Before 1980 none of this garbage was on TV. Toddlers are seeing EVERYTHING and American society boo-hoos and wails every time a teen shoots up their school or a son molests a young girl or a 14 or 15 year old daughter gets pregnant. 19 years old and in college before I had a television AND telephone in my bedroom (only because of living in an apartment and not a dorm, dorm didn't have hookups for a TV), children as young as 2 now have televisions in their rooms with full access.
